Our spa began construction in 2014 and officially opened its doors in October 2015. Built exclusively as a spa facility, Rosehill Spa sits on a 1,000 m² plot with a building area of 1,500 m², making it one of the largest independent spa establishments in Bali outside of hotel spas.

We feature 16 private spa rooms designed for couples or small groups, along with a restaurant, sauna, swimming pool, hair spa room, and a dedicated foot massage room. Each spa room is fully equipped with massage beds, lockers, bathtubs, showers, toilets, and washbasins to ensure complete comfort and convenience.

Rosehill Spa is a fully foreign-invested company (Korean ownership) registered with the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board and trademarked with the Indonesian Patent Office.

Our guiding motto is simple: “Customer satisfaction first, customer satisfaction always.” 

To achieve this, Korean staff members work alongside local staffs to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service. From fresh linens and towels to the therapists’ attentive care and skilled massage techniques, we ensure every detail meets our guests’ expectations.

We also offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 10 minutes of your treatment, you may request to stop, and no fee will be charged.

Our guests are almost entirely international visitors—mostly couples and families. Many return multiple times during their stay in Bali or revisit us on future trips, thanks to the consistent quality of our therapists and the warm hospitality they experience here.
